  • Accompanied viewings
  • Collection of Deposit to be registered with www.depositprotection.com 
  • Full vetting & rent to right referencing of tenants using LET ALLIANCE
  • Drafting of Assured Shorthold Tenancy (AST) & signing 
  • Rent collection as stated in Assured Shorthold Tenancy (AST) 
  • Transfer of rent into nominated bank account (via bacs) provide monthly or financial year end statements sent via email
  • Inventory of property (at additional cost with an independent inventory clerk) 
  • Maintenance works of the properties during the tenancy (at agreed cost) 
  • Arrange gas, Electric, EPC certificates and Legionella Risk Assessments (at a agreed cost) 
  • Key exchange with tenants
  • Inspection of property during tenancy period

 

RENT COLLECTION:  - 8% PLUS VAT amount deducted from rent monthly
